I believe Don and I made our suggestions above. I don't actually see the issue so it must be host, or hardware specific.
Either way try uninstalling the guest additions and see if it will boot and run. Then install the guest additions again and see if it works. If it fails again then we know it has to be the additions. At that point you can try to install the previous additions and hopefully you will be back in order.

Being as it's Windows don't forget to reboot between steps.

I tried those steps but the bsod is still happening. So I uninstalled the guest additions and the vb 4.3.8 v92456 and installed the previous version 4.3.6 and the ga for that version. Works now, no bsod. I think i will wait for the next version and see how that works out.
