This appears to be a Windows error, rather than something generated by VirtualBox. It appears for some people when upgrading or installing certain device drivers. Try Googling "interactive window station". (Note that the middle word of the error is "window" (singular) not Windows.) Nobody seems to know what causes the error, but some people have found solutions in some settings. One of these might work in a virtual machine.
