Hello,
I created a guest box (Oracle Enterprise Linux 6.2) on host (Window 7). Later on, I installed OTM v6.2 on it which include installation of Oracle DB, Weblogic and Apache/Tomcat. It seems my installation was flawless because I didn't see any error in installation logs.
But when I tried to access OTM application in firefox, I am only getting text (no image and no theme). I checked image folder of application and all images are correctly placed and referenced.
I am not sure where the problem persist but I think to start debug first from virtual box configuration. When I created virtual box, I didn't change anything apart from disk space, RAM and network.
Please help.
Thanks,
Prahant

I would actually start with the guest VM. Treat it like a real system. Start with the Apache/Tomcat error logs.
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.

If you obfuscate any information requested, I will obfuscate my response. These are virtual UUIDs, not real ones.

Hi socratis,
That's the problem. All logs related to Weblogic and Apache/Tomcat are clear but I am still trying to debug Apache HTTP Server. It seems Weblogic and Tomcat are doing fine.
Thanks,
Prashant
