Frequent system crashes on Mac using VirtualBox

I also have crashes with virtualbox, but it's even worse, I have a black screen for one second and then the mac restarts. It's a mid 2010 iMac 27 with Maveriks. I never had crashes before. It appears randomly when I press the start button for a virtual machine.
