Trouble on installing guest additions

Hello everybody,

I've installed Virtual Box 4.3.6. r91406 and set up a new machine, which worked fine. Than I tried to install guest additions to share my usb storage... (I remembered to need that).
After installing I got the following:

Das Com-Objekt für Virtual Box konnte nicht erzeugt werden. Die Anwendung wird nun beendet. Details: Das COM-Objekt für VirtualBox konnte nicht erzeugt werden.

Die Anwendung wird nun beendet.

Neither Google or other sources brought proper solutions... can anybody help here?

How to install Extension Pack

Guest additions are not for the USB. They are for improved graphics and mouse. As such they are installed in the guest not the host.
