I'm trying to run VBox, but it keeps coming back with the following error:
VT-x features locked or unavailable in MSR
(VERR_VMX_MSR_LOCKED_OR_DISABLED)

Now, I have gone into my bios and enable the setting (attached proof), so what else could it be?
Host OS: Win 8.1 x64
Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V LK
CPU: Intel COre i5 3570K
Guest OS: Win 7 x64

Securable and CPU-Z (images attached) both agree I have VT-X, so why won't the app see it?

1) 64-bit guests need hardware-virtualzation enabled in the hosts bios.
2) when creating the 64-bit guest you must select 64-bit in General -> Basic -> version.
3) If running Windows as host you must make sure hyper-v or xp mode is not enabled on the host. MS does not play well and wants it all.
