Guru Meditation - Post Migration to Windows Server 2008
Posted: 21. Feb 2014, 20:53
I recently moved 3 VB instances (Turnkey Linux - Redmine, MediaWiki, and Nexus).
Moved From: Windows 7 - Desktop
Moved To: Windows Server 2008 - Dell Power Edge 2150
I had no issue with the instances before the migration. Now they all get random Guru Meditation screens, and hang. This happens at random anywhere between 1 minute, to a couple of days. It doesn't happen to each instance at the same time.
I attached the log.
The main warning that jumps out at me is:
"WARNING! 64-bit guest type selected but the host CPU does NOT support HW virtualization." But I haven't figured out yet if there is a way to resolve this, or if this is the root cause of the problem.
