Hi,
is it possible, that I put a SD-card into my notebook and I can see the sd-card only in the virtual box at my notebook?

Only if the host SDcard reader is internally connect to the USB bus, but even then it isn't recommended because it means stealing ownership of host hardware from the host.
It might work better with an unpluggable USB SDcard reader, then it would work like any other USB memory stick.

Yes, I can use also my usb-sd-card reader.
What do I have to do, so that my host isn't connecting to that usb-port?

You should read the "USB Support" section in the user manual.
