Help me with my mac os in virtual box

Hello friends,
I was trying to install mac os x 10.8.2 on my virtual box. the dvd was of niresh. Whenever the virtual machine starts, it shows the darwin x86 bootloader with niresh dvd selected and when i press enter to load the dvd, it shows that the execution of virtual machine is stopped and it goes into guru meditation. pls help i want to install it. the log and png file is uploaded. thank you in advance
