Mouse Speed/Copy Paste Windows 7 VM

I created a Windows 7 64bit VM to do development with.

The VM created fine, however the mouse speed is very slow and there is no copy/paste functionality between external OS's

Install the Guest Additions (see user manual chapter 4).

Copy and paste work fine, provided you enable it in the VM settings. You can only copy text and images via the clipboard - not files.
