Hello,
I have a few VMs (Ubuntu, Windows 7, Windows Server, Cisco CSR 1000V) running without (major) issues on VB 4.3.6 on Windows 7.
I'd like to migrate them from VB on Windows 7 to the same VB release on Windows 8.1.
Is it sufficient to copy all the VM files from one host to the other or should I care about specific details?

You could copy the folders and add the .vbox files by double-clicking or by the "Add..." menu. But, what's preventing you from trying it out and let us know if it works or not?

Thanks for your clear answer. I'll let you know about the results when it's done.

It worked like a charm for CSR 1000V VMs. I'm experiencing an issue with Ubuntu VM which is not able to launch.

After powering off the VM and restarting it, it is able to run without problem.
