usb mouse filter

Hello guys,

i implement now an usb mouse filter - caused by very fast mouse moves in a game, before.

As result the mouse work now properly in the game, but not with in normal XP. There buttons are working, but unfortunately no mouse movements are possible.
Device manager shows the mouse as well.

Vista 32 bit home premium nvidia geforce 9600 m gs - VB with Win XP Prof SP3

Hope of a solution - who can help ?
