Invisible guest's mouse pointer via RDP

Hello!
I have ubuntu server 12.04 host with virtualbox 4.3.6 installed.
I have ubuntu desktop 12.04 guest with guest additions installed.
The problem is: when i open guest via RDP, i do not see where guest's mouse pointer currently is, it is invisible.
Is there any way to show it?
I really can not google anything about that problem.
