Windows, halt when install broadcom bluetooth software

Windows XP host,
Windows XP guest.
IBM T60 with Bluetooth, broadcom BCM1045
While I install the "Bluetooth with Enhanced Data Rate Software for Windows XP2000", it halt at the "install bluetooth core ..."

And, more, when I try to shutdown it, I can't. I try to kill the VirtualBox.exe process, Failed. I try to close my laptop, Halted too! So I have to press the power button for 5 seconds.

Did anybody have ideas to solve this problem?

I assume you install BT in WinXP guest, right?
What kind of BT-Hardware is it, USB-attached?

I tried many times, and found that:
The Bluetooth Software MUST be installed without the bluetooth driver. It seems, "update" the driver could cause the halt.

My BT device is BCM2045, made by Broadcom.
