VM always aborted when in create share folder

Post by chave_k »

Hello,

i'm using virtualbox 4.3.6 r91406 on mac.

When i want to create a share folder on my Windows VMs (Win7 and server 2k12), the VMs are always aborted during the process when i choose the folder.

Have you any ideas ?

Thanks.

Regards,

Kévin

Are you referring to shared folders in the VM settings? If so I assume it's a QT4 library crash on your host.

Does the UI crash at any other times?

Can you take a picture of the crash and attach it to message here?

The QTx library runtime is installed as part of an app which uses it. Installing the QT5 SDK (which is what I'll bet you did) will not help.

I asked a couple of questions in my previous message.

=>there is no message the VM windows automatically closed.

I have retry today and in don't understand i have just reboot the VM (but i did it many times last week) and it's OK the share folder is up on the VM.

Thank You,
