Hi folks!
I have a Windows 7 VM running over my Windows 8.1, always worked fine untill yesterday. Today it started to fail.
When I start it, in spite of the normal boot screen it's showing a message "windows is loading files" and a progression bar...
it completes the bar twice and then reboots de VM and the process goes in this loop forever.
The only modification that was done to the host system was an automatic update.
This may be the cause? How can I fix it?
I have already tried to create another VM but the error continues.
thanks in advance!
cheers!

Re: Windows 7 virtaul machine started to loop indefinetly
That's a normal BSOD behaviour (BSOD in the guest). I don't really see how a host update would cause it. Try booting the VM in safe mode.

I can't hit F8... the only thing that changes what's happening is hitting F12 to choose boot device selection. Then the screen of "loading files" appears again...

OK, now the system freezes on the "Windows is loading files..." screen and nothing more happens...
