Need to kill VB interface(Vista host)to start guest

I am real newbie with virtualbox, tried to search for solution but I guess I do not know any solid keywords.
My issue is this I am trying to run Windows XP SP3 32bit as a guest on Windows Vista 32bit host laptop. The first time everything works perfectly, I go through installation of the guest OS till restart then the Virtualbox crashes, but I turn it on and continue. But after the installation is done and I turn off the guest I am unable to start the guest again. The process stops at "starting virtual machine". In the guest system window progress bar is stuck on 0% while in interface it stops at 20%. I was trying disabling/enabling network interfaces, graphics acceleration and changing a few other tips I came across. Then I during one of the tries shutdown the interface of Virtualbox(VBoxSVC.exe) first and the guest system started. And it works like this always.
Thank you for any ideas, if it has been solved I am sorry for doubling the topic but I just do not see it.

Post a VM log file as described in Minimum information needed for assistance.

Here is the log. I hope it is the right one since I thought that I checked log before. I guess I checked something else. Sorry if I have misunderstood something.
