Host-only network not working after upgrade (4.3.4 to 4.3.6)

Hi there!
I'm using VirtualBox for development of web applications. It's really great. My host system is Windows 7 Home Premium (64bit), guests are 64bit Linux machines (Debian and Ubuntu). VM runs in the headless mode. I need to use services like SSH/web/database server running on the guest from my host system and also be able to access to the internet from the guest. So I'm using VMs with 2 ethernet adapters - one in the NAT mode and one in the host-only mode. Guests have configured static IP address for the host-only adapter. It worked nice. Until I have upgraded VirtualBox from version 4.3.4 to 4.3.6. I wasn't able to even ping my guests nor host system from the guest.
I have 2 host-only adapters. Driver's version of the first adapter was 4.3.6.0 and second one's 4.3.4.0 in the Windows Device manager. So I removed both adapters from the VirtualBox and re-created them. Now the host-only network works again. It's interesting, that driver's version of both adapters is now 4.3.4.0.
Also after upgrade all my VMs disappeared from the VirtualBox. I had to re-add them. VirtualBox configuration and VMs configuration was still in it's place with unmodified content.
