Changing VirtualBox Hardware Names & More

Since many viruses are detecting Virtualbox, I'm trying to make my VB as much undetectable as I just can. I've seen the following topic:

The problem is that I don't really know what to do with it
I tried to install python, but I still can't do anything with it, since py is not my cup of tea :/
Well, some basic things I'd like to do is changing the hardware's names, since that's the easiest way to detect VBox.
