MOUNTING AN ISO IMAGE ON A MAC RATHER THAN A CD

I was looking at A link which says: " > Virtual Media Manager, click on tab CD/DVD Images and add the ISO there. Next, you open the VM settings, click on Storage on the left and select the CD/DVD drive (identifiable by the disc icon) in the middle. Then on the right you click on the CD/DVD Device dropdown and pick the ISO from the list."

However, I don't get a tab that says CD/DVD but it's "Optical Drives" and when I click on that there is no way to add an iso. No add button/no Drag and Drop capability. This was written in 2010 so that might have something to do with it. Do I have to make a CD?

(I hope what I'm doing will work)

You go to the VM settings and as it can seen by the following
download/file.php?id=10998
that's where you point it to either the CD or an ISO.

Please let me know if you can see the attachment...

The attachment is available, were you trying to avoid uploading the same image twice? If so you could use an img link, e.g. :-
("quote" this message to see the full bbcode).

Nice one! Yes, that's exactly what I was trying to do. Thanks Don.
