Mouse Capture

Just installed Vbox on Windows 8 with Win XP guest. At windows screen I get a small Window without a border and cannot enlarge the window. Also the doggone mouse get captured. I release it with control right, then if I try to do anything with the Window the mouse gets captured again. A frustrating circle. Any help would be appreciated.
