Can you translate that into something understandable? Avoid jargon terms.

According to wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multi-boxing): "Multiboxing is a term used mostly in MMORPGs to refer to playing as multiple separate characters simultaneously. This can either be achieved by using multiple separate machines to run the game or by running multiple separate instances of the game."

Sounds like the OP wants to run four game characters/instances at once on one host. If so...

Virtual machines don't run games, especially modern games, that well, because the video system being emulated isn't actually the video card in your gaming rig. There's 3D acceleration plug-ins for Virtualbox that might help. And there's a bit of latency that comes into play, sound & video possibly out of sync. Only way to know is to try it.
If you can run multiple instances (double click the game shortcut twice and you get two separate game windows, etc.) then you don't need Virtualbox. Just launch as many instances as you want and your PC will run.
If you can only run one instance of the game, then you could try Virtualbox. But you'd need (for your case) at least three copies of the OS besides your PC's present OS, because Virtualbox simulates separate computers within your host PC. (That would be one game running on your host, and three running on the guests, for a total of 4, if the game can allow other windows up while it's running. If not you'll need 4 guest OS's.) So your PC would be running four or five OS's at once. And then the games. So you'd need a really strong host PC. (Say it takes a good two-core processor and 4 GB ram to run your OS and one instance of the game. To run the game on the host and three guests, you'd need 16GB ram and an eight-core processor, as in eight real cores, not hyperthreaded.)
Microsoft has three-month time-limited free download iso's for the latest Windows flavor, so you can try it out without spending any money.

I loaded up android os on the virtualbox to run android games from google store. i have i7/24gig ram/1gb video card, and i can run multiple games just fine. i want to see if there is a way to use isboxer or another multibox program that will let me control all four games the same time with just one mouse and one keyboard, the games all have the same layout so that wont be a problem.

Android is not a supported guest, so performance will quite likely be poor. And have you tested that the game runs on Android x86? Many will not.
