Cant' select Mac OSX 10.9 on VB 4.3.6

Hi,
I've installed VB 4.3.6 to build a Mac OS X 10.9 on Windows7 over an old VB 4.3.0. When i build a new VM Type: Mac OSX and Release: display only Mac OS X 10.6. I tried to uninstall VB 4.3.6 and install the same release but the release of Mac OS X is always 10.6. Have you an idea of this problem ? A fresh install of VB 4.3.6 on a new computer, the release is OK. Why ?
