Hard Crash on WinXP(guest) "Activate Windows"

Everytime I try to activate my Windows XP guest OS it hard crashes.

Also, I've tried deleting the virtual machine and re-installing it on different virtual chipsets and other settings. There's no way to keep it from crashing randomly even if I don't try to activate windows. It just crashes a couple minutes into me running it (at most).

It seems many people have seen this, but no one has a solution.
