Hello,

I am trying to install Ubuntu Linux in a virtual Box I am using Windows 7 64-bit and tried to install both 32-bit version and 64-bit version of Ubuntu, but I am getting the error after 20 to 25% install that Virtual Box has stopped Working.

I have attached the Log file, kindly help me out.

Awefully old release you got here. Please first upgrade to the latest version (4.3.6 at time of writting) first and try.
