A critical error has occurred while running the VM mavericks

Please take a look at the screenshot, I have installed the Mavericks 10.9.1 to the virtualbox. My host is windows 8.
when I reboot the VM, I got the following errors,

I tried to delete the TMSafetyNet.kext from S/L/E, but I still got crash at
