Hello,

I installed Virtual Box on my windows xp 32 bits, OK.
I have mi virtual machine like a .ovf file, when i tried to import it appears the error:

Fallo al importar el servicio virtualizado E:\VectorSF\Virtual Win7 IE9\Windows_7.ovf.
Error reading "E:\VectorSF\Virtual Win7 IE9\Windows_7.ovf": element "Section" has no "type" attribute, line 18.

Código Resultado: VBOX_E_FILE_ERROR (0x80BB0004)

I don't understand it, i had installed it on my pc before and it worked right. I had to format my pc and now when i want to install it again, it give me this error.

Please i need help, i can't work with my tests without a virtual machine.

Is this with VirtualBox 4.3.6? (current version at time of writing).

Yep! Version 4.3.6 r9140

Try a search, this exact issue has been reported and discussed several times recently, though I thought it might have been fixed in 4.3.6.

I fixed it. I had to install an older versión of Virtual Box.
