[Solved] Guru Meditation -Qualys Virtual Scanner

I'm not sure this is the right place to post this, but I'm sure someone can point me in the right direction.
I'm trying to load a Virtual Scanning device from Qualys on a new pc and it keeps giving me the guru message.
I've contacted Qualys and they have been of no help. I've gotten this to work on other pc's without any problems.
Basically, you download their image and install into VirtualBox and run the vm.
When it connects to Qualys it starts downloading updates. At some point during the update I get the error.
I've attached the log and maybe someone might have a clue what's happening on this machine.

I would enable hardware virtualization and see if it makes a difference.
