If you are trying to install OSX on a non-OSX host, please read Important notice regarding Mac OS X as Guest.
These topics are usually locked but I will give you the benefit of the doubt here.

The "wrong" is that you are trying to install OS X in the virtual machine. This is illegal and you will not get any help in this forum.
