Windows 8.1 Screen Res Messed Up

Hi,

I have a MacBook Air 11'', I am running windows 8.1 on VirtualBox 4.3.6. The problem is that the screen is really squished. The Res is 1024 x 768 and I would like it to be 1366 x 768 (the native screen res on MacBook Air 11").

If anyone can help, that would be great.
