Help Redraw Repaint Refresh Virtual Box Android Lags Issue

Hi I installed the newest version of virtual box and tried various versions of android on it. When I switch to another program and come back to the virtual box window the android portion is transparent and lags coming back for quite some time. I have tried giving it a bit more memory, It is running on 1 cpu at 60%, I have tried adding more and no change. Virtual Box will not work with my built in mobile intel 4 express chipset video driver so I must switch to the dual video driver of Nvidia geforce 9300M GS. The laptop is a vaio running windows ultimate 32 bit with a intel core 2 duo P8800 CPU @2.66GHz, 3 Gigs of usable ram. The laptop has only one setting for intel visualization in the bios which is enabled but I do not have acess to individually control vt-x nor do I know where its located.
