Novell Client - No tree found

I can't figure out why my Novell client is not working. Has anyone tried this? I assume it has something to do with the network properties of Virtual Box....

Here's my setup:
I'm currently on MacOS 10.9, I use Win7 64 bit as my virtual environment.
All I did was install Novell Client 2 SP3 and put in my settings.

If you would give a detailed list and step-by-step troubleshooting you've already done, maybe someone could help you better here.
Have you tried in Bridged mode for the VM network config? This is the most transparent mode.
