Automated startup and shutdown with host

Hi,
I've got 3 VMs running on my host. 1 Server, 1 Domain Controller and 1 Build Agent. These VMs need to always run when host is running. I can add them to autostart to automatically start them with the host. But is there any good solution (or tool) for automatically shutting them down (per ACPI) when Windows is shutting down?
