The host PC is severely under specified for running a 64bit guest OS.

00:00:01.669580 VRamSize <integer> = 0x0000000008000000 (134 217 728, 128 MB)
The host doesn't have enough available RAM to run this VM.
Complex file names like "C:\Documents and Settings\dom\Pulpit\chiny\W7-64_Nessus--------------------zzzzzzz-------DWSPiT7122013\W7-64.vdi" are also begging for trouble. Filenames should ideally be something you'd be happy to type.

Like it says in the manual: no VT-x or AMD-v, no 64bit VMs.
You might be able to run a 32bit guest such as XP on this host. Say, an XP VM with 256MB or 512MB RAM. Even then however it will not run well because of the single core host CPU (I would regard dual core as the minimum practical spec - hyperthreading doesn't count). This host doesn't have the capability or the RAM to run a 64bit guest.
