CentOS guest often freezes

Hello ! 
I am using Virtualbox 4.3.6 with CentOS 6.5.
While using the virtual machine, it freezes after some time. I restarted the VM but the problems come back again. After 5 or 10 minutes of using the VM, it freezes and I cannot do anything, even the mouse has disappeared of the VM. The only thing I can do is power off the VM and start again.
Does anyone have any idea about how I can solve the problem ?
