VB 4.3.6 BSOD when running Linux guest on Windows 7 x64 host

Post by beyond1 »

When I try to run a Linux based OS on VirtualBox I get the so-called BSOD error. The system was actually set up by Genymotion, an Android OS emulator, which uses VirtualBox. So whenever I try to run it, I get the BSOD. However, when I turn off Aero effects the computer simply restarts instead of BSODing. I've tried lowering the amount of RAM the virtual system should use, disabled sound, network and usb features, and it still won't run.

I've included 2 log files from Virtual Box in case they are of any help.
