I'm using a macbook pro and running windows xp sp 3 using virtual box. Windows started acting a little funny recently at times when I tried loading a client's software program that used Java or launching Cicsco AnyConnect VPN. With the software program that required a Java update whenever I tried to open the program it would shut Windows down. With the Cisco AnyConnect it wouldn't always shut down Windows…just sometimes however I would often have to re-install the vpn...(don't know if this is related or not but thought I would add it)….
Then all of a sudden the other day Windows just shut down and will not start. When I open Virtual Box and launch Windows, the Windows XP logo pops up and then it flashes a blue screen and thats it…goes to the attachment below that says "We apologize for the inconvenience…"
I tried the last known configuration and start windows normally options and same thing happened. Saw the Windows XP logo, blue screen flashed and shut down.) When I tried the Safe Mode option I got the next screen clip below and when I click or hit a button it takes me back to choose which configuration to load. (Refer to Safe Mode screen shot)
Also, I did hit F12 and had the option to load the "Primary Master". I did not do that as I didn't want to break anything and thought I would reach out here for advice first.
I'm not too techy so I'm looking for some advice as to whether I need to reload Windows although I really don't want to do so as there are programs I don't want to have to reload. I do have most files saved on the Mac side so that's good but most importantly need to get to my Quickbooks file (as I run QB on the Windows side). So is there another option or options of things I can do to fix this? Anyone know what is happening or give me some advice to figure what the problem is so I can identify a solution?
Are there logs anywhere I can go to to identify the problem? Is there a previous state I can go back to? I did try using the time machine on the Mac side to go back to a previous state that I know worked and start Windows in Virtual Box from there but that didn't work.
Thanks in advance for any assistance! I really need to get this fixed ASAP!

Re: Windows XP won't start on virtual box 4.3.6
Quick update….I did find a logs folder. The first attachment is the log when Windows crashed initially….I did see some errors…the first indicating a certain path didn't exist but I have no idea why that path (folder) would have been deleted. The thing is the path it references doesn't include my username. The path is...{Shared folder path '/Users/files/Documents' does not exist on the host}. After users when I look on my mac I need to have either Admin or my name specified I would think. Do I need to add the "files/Documents" or do I change the path the VB is looking at? (If this is there problem.)
There are also a few other errors to look at in the log that's below (from the initial crash.)
The subsequent log files attached in the following order…most recent, 3rd oldest, 2nd oldest. The most recent one being from this morning. Any suggestions?
Here's the initial log, 3rd, and 2nd most recent logs. I"ll attached the most recent log in the following posting as I can only post 3 attachments.

Most recent log. I think the initial log file (which is zipped in the previous posting is the most important.)
Re: Windows XP won't start on virtual box 4.3.6
I went and deleted the shared folder VB was trying to read but that didn't fix the problem. (/Users/files/Documents)
Re: Windows XP won't start on virtual box 4.3.6
I tried creating a new session and used the old hard drive…still having the same problem but...
I was just able to get a screen shot of the blue screen that quickly pops up and disappears from Windows. How do I do what it wants me to do if I can't get into the Windows Environment?
