VB failure! "No error info"

I'm getting this error and I have no idea what to do about it!

I'm running a Mac Air 2012 OS X and trying to get Windows 7 up and running. I have a 64bit Windows 7 version on a DVD. It tells me "Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Windows 7....no error info."

Let me know if more info is needed to try and diagnose this problem.
