Setup public IP to Windows Web Server 2008 R2 Guest

I want to set a public IP to Windows Web Server 2008 R2 Guest on Windows Web Server 2008 R2 Host.
Any help would really appreciated.

If the VM uses bridged networking then it gets assigned an IP address by the same mechanism that assigns one to your host. Typically there's a router connected to the network which assigns IP addresses on your local LAN (DHCP server).
