Win 8.1 host; CentOS 6.4 container crashing on Finish Instal

Using version 4.3.6 r91406

After completing the install of CentOS 6.4 x86_64, it reboots and wants you to complete some final touches. After clicking on the FINIISH button that is when the container crashes. I was able to debug and obtain this error:

Unhandled exception at 0x000000006C1FC145 (msvcr100.dll) in VirtualBox.exe: 0xC000041D: An unhandled exception was encountered during a user callback.

Maybe this qualifies for a bug ticket which will never get fixed?
