VBoxVmService on Windows 7

  • installed OK
    VmServiceTray works
    start VBoxVmService (either from VmServiceTray or by double clicking VBoxVmService.exe) results in log entries
    • 12/22/2013, 07:31:09 - C:\vms\VBoxVmService64.exe
      12/22/2013, 07:31:09 - C:\vms\VBoxVmService.ini
      12/22/2013, 07:31:09 - C:\vms\VBoxVmService.log
      12/22/2013, 07:31:09 - VBoxVmService started.
      12/22/2013, 07:31:10 - Error creating VirtualBox instance! rc = 0x80004002
      12/22/2013, 07:31:10 - VBoxVmService stopped.
What does 'rc = 0x80004002' mean, please?
