Hi, I'm new to VB. I have CentOS-6.4-x86_64 set up and running on my Windows 8 desktop and am trying to connect the CentOS VM to the internet. I've done some searching and really haven't com up with anything yet. I was looking at this video:
"VirtualBox - Enable Internal Network and Internet Access Together " on youtube
and this:
"Oracle Virtual Box Network Adapter Settings" on youtube
and reading this:
"Networking Tutorial" on this forum
Sorry the forum wont let me post links yet
And I'm a little confused.
I tried under Network to set it to bridged and use my Netgear WNDA 3100v2 N600 USB WiFi adapter and I get "faied to open session" " Failed to open/create the internal network 'HostinterfaceNetworking-Netgear WNDAv2 N600 wireless duel band USB adapter (VERR_INTNET_FLT_IF_NOT_FOUND)
I was looking at the VB Forums "Networking Tutorial" in my second link and he says to edit /etc/network/interfaces in Ubuntu but I'm using CentOS and don't have an /etc/network directory.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
