Hello all,
I'm running a Ubuntu 12.04 LTS guest under a Windows 7 host. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get Ubuntu to recognize the Super key, which is normally mapped to the host's Windows key. When the keyboard is captures by the guest, pressing Windows has no effect on the guest, but opens the Windows (Start) menu on the host. How can I fix this?
Thanks!

I assume it must be some problem with your Ubuntu guest not having a proper keyboard mapping.
On my XP guest, the windows key opens the start menu in the guest, provided the guest VM has the keyboard focus.
