Unable to import .ovf appliance

HI experts,

i really need HELP as i been struggling to import my .ovf file to the virtualbox 4.3.4. My previous .ovf files i manage to import without any issue...i receive another new .ovf and want to import its giving me error where i have already tried to delete all the previous files also it is not working. Been looking online for answer as well but no one seem to face this problem. I really need HELP please!!!

Check in the Media Manager if the file is referenced there. If it is, remove it.
Also check that it doesn't exist on your disk at the location in the error message.

There is already nothing on the VB and i also deleted all the files that is there....

Please give the output of the following commands, the first one run from the Virtualbox install dir :
