Has anybody been able to get Windows 8 Touchscreen to work on a VM? If so, what are the steps, requirements, etc?

Have you configured the mouse mode to USB Tablet?

Got it working, the problem was not Virtualbox. Once I got other problems resolved, it all worked fine.
