VboxHeadless and Guru Meditation

In the last few days, after I've upgraded Virtualbox to 4.3.4, we get already three "Guru Meditation" state in our VM's. We run two VM on our Mac OS X Server, one with windows XP and another with Windows Server 2003. Before now we had some other trouble but I never saw a "Guru Meditation" state.
So I looked for logs, and found that the logs in the Machines folder wasn't updated since 2011, but there are two log file in /Library/Logs/ each with relative vm filename. The one for the XP machine is about 130kB, but the one for the Win2003 is about 500MB
Looking inside, event's have no date an time ( ), the last 9000000 raws are all the same:
