Fails to install extension 4.3.4

Running on windows 8 64bit. Tried checking the other posts and no luck anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Try removing the old one first. If it still doesn't work, go into your .Virtualbox folder in the home directly and delete the ext pack file. Then try again
