hi when i try to install ubuntu 13.10 64bit i get guru meditation and a log file please help me i cant try ubuntu in virtualbox

Seems to be an issue with VBox 4.3.4 and AMD processors.
I would downgrade to version 4.2.20 amd wait for a maintenance fix for 4.3.*

i installed 4.2.20 add the error removed but now i have a black screen with a dash

At this screen drop to tty1 and install the guest additions.
Make sure that 3D acceleration is enabled in the guest settings.

i enabled 3D acceleration but nothing is changing and how install the guest additions and the system not installed and how drop to tty1

I need to see the log file of this install.
