Windows 7 update breaks network on VB 4.3.4 W2K

Installed Windows 7 (64bit) updates. Though it starts OK my virtual W2K can no longer access the local network. It could immediately before applying the updates. No errors other than network is unreachable (on W2K).

What can I do, please, to get the network working again?

Thanks,

I am having similar problems with my network. I have windows 7 professional. I have all windows updates installed and have had no problems with 4.3.2.90405. I just updated from VirtualBox-4.3.2-90405-Win to VirtualBox-4.3.4-91027-Win about an hour ago and lost my network. I restarted my system several times to no avail. I had to do a system restore to a point prior to the update to get back to the previous version and restore my network connection. There seems to be a bug in the latest version.

Installed 4.3.4 on Win 7-64bit with Guest Additions. After that I couldn't get networking to work on Linux guests.

Installed 4.3.2 and everything works again.

Don't have the log files from 4.3.4 for this report and I'm not planning to install it anymore...

Good idea! I will stay with 4.3.2 and delete 4.3.4.

This is SOLVED. I have NO idea. I backed off Windows updates. No help. I backed off VM changes (reverted to previous snapshots). No help. I allowed Windows 7 to apply all the updates again. No help. I upgraded VirtualBox from v4.3.2 to v4.3.4 (upgrading the extensions pack, as well) ... after which I had network connectivity back.

PS: This morning I upgraded VirtualBox to v4.3.6 (upgrading the extensions pack, as well). I still have network connectivity.
