Intermittent crash of Ubuntu guest on Windows 7 host

Hi,
I have been using VirtualBox on Windows 7 host running a Ubuntu guest. This is my first usage of VirtualBox and my experience
with it so far has been excellent.
Only at times (say, once a day) the guest box crashes and gets into 'Guru Mediation' state. It could be that I have configured something wrongly.
I am attaching the crash log and *.png file for any diagnosis of the intermittent failure.
